CANCELLATION POLICY

Dollface Appointment & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a valid card on file is required for all bookings. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received by that time, your appointment will be automatically canceled and made available for another client. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the 30% deposit. A new 30% deposit will be required to book any future appointments. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the remaining balance needed to equal 50% of the scheduled service using the card on file. Since the initial 30% deposit has already been paid, an additional 20% of the service total will be charged. Future appointments will also require a new 30% deposit to secure the booking. Emergency Exception I understand that true emergencies happen. In the event of a genuine emergency, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 14 days of the original appointment date.
